Documents Typically Required for Personal Financing in the UAE
Requirements vary by bank, but this list covers what is usually requested.
Identity
Original Emirates ID and passport, and for residents a valid residence visa.
Income
A salary certificate addressed to the bank, recent bank statements showing your salary (often the last three months), and a payslip if needed.
Existing financing
For a debt buyout, statements for your current financing and, later, a settlement letter from your current bank.
